Terms and Conditions – 32 GamesPK

Welcome to 32 GamesPK. The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the "Member") and 32 GamesPK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the website, mobile platform and all gaming and betting services accessible at 32 GamesPK. These Terms are a legally binding agreement. By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager at 32 GamesPK, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. 3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at 32 GamesPK. If we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same person — based on device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, name, CNIC or any combination of data signals — all related accounts may be suspended and any balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, bonus winnings generated on those accounts will be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering at 32 GamesPK. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (CNIC), a valid mobile number, a valid email address and accurate date of birth. Providing false information — including using another person's identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 32 GamesPK account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified 32 GamesPK in writing that your account has been compromised. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

32 GamesPK may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your membership. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in your withdrawal being held until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

32 GamesPK accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit at 32 GamesPK is Rs 200 via Easypaisa or JazzCash and Rs 500 via bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account tier, payment method and KYC status. Withdrawal minimums are Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits are published in your account settings and may vary by VIP tier. 32 GamesPK reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by standard members are processed within 2 hours during operating hours. Gold VIP members receive withdrawal processing within 30 minutes. Platinum VIP members receive instant processing around the clock. These times are target commitments subject to verification requirements and may be extended in exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Payment Method

As a standard security measure, 32 GamesPK requires withdrawals to be directed to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support to initiate an alternative verification process. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect your funds.

4.5 Currency and Fees

All balances, stakes and payouts at 32 GamesPK are denominated in PKR. We do not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside 32 GamesPK's control and is your responsibility to confirm with your bank or wallet provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by 32 GamesPK are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are communicated at the time each bonus is made available. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 32 GamesPK account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the bonus offer. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless otherwise specified. Failure to meet the requirement within the stated period results in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

5.3 Game Contributions to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements at 32 GamesPK. As a general guide: video slots typically contribute 100% of each stake towards the requirement, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

32 GamesPK actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive multiple welcome bonuses, placing bets that hedge bonus and real money balances to guarantee a payout regardless of outcome, and systematic exploitation of promotion structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 32 GamesPK reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated from that bonus and, in serious cases, close the account entirely.

5.5 Free Bets

Free bets credited at 32 GamesPK must be used within the stated validity period. Only winnings above the free bet stake value are converted to real money — the free bet stake itself is not returned as cash regardless of the outcome. Free bets cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6. Sports and Esports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed at 32 GamesPK are subject to acceptance at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet for any reason, including suspected abuse, technical errors in odds or market suspensions related to match integrity concerns. A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet reference number from 32 GamesPK.

6.2 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting or esports event is cancelled, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified in our settlement rules, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned to your 32 GamesPK wallet. In-play bets accepted before the cancellation point will be settled based on the in-play result available at the time of cancellation, or voided where no conclusive result exists.

6.3 Obvious Errors

32 GamesPK takes all reasonable steps to ensure odds and markets are correctly priced. However, where a palpable error occurs — such as odds being posted at a price that is clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error — we reserve the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled. We will notify affected members and return their stakes promptly.

6.4 Match Integrity

32 GamesPK takes match-fixing and corruption in sport extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a member has placed bets with knowledge of or involvement in corrupt activity, those bets will be voided, any winnings forfeited and the account permanently closed. We cooperate fully with sports governing bodies and law enforcement in match integrity investigations.

6.5 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets at 32 GamesPK require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining legs. If a voided leg would have been a losing selection, this recalculation benefits the member — and vice versa.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available at 32 GamesPK — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games and RNG table games — operate under the rules defined within each individual game. Where a conflict exists between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules govern in relation to that specific game outcome. These Terms govern all financial, account and conduct matters.

Casino game results at 32 GamesPK are generated by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical results produced by human dealers in real time. 32 GamesPK does not interfere with game outcomes. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot session, 32 GamesPK will determine the outcome based on the game state at the time of disconnection. If a game round was in progress and no result was determined, the stake will be returned. If a result had already been generated but not displayed due to the disconnection, that result stands.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 32 GamesPK and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs or system errors — any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino environments.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers or other tools to mask your location or identity in ways that circumvent 32 GamesPK's eligibility requirements.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Placing bets funded by deposits known to be proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 32 GamesPK support staff or other members.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

32 GamesPK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms.
• Provision of false or inaccurate account registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of involvement in match-fixing or corrupt betting activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Member request — including self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, 32 GamesPK may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes in the member's favour, the balance will be returned. Where criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be reported to and held for law enforcement. Members closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct will have their verified balance returned within 10 business days.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

32 GamesPK's collection, storage, use and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, we collect only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 12. Limitation of Liability

32 GamesPK's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 32 GamesPK accepts no liability for losses incurred through gambling on the platform, provided those losses result from fair game outcomes and not from platform malfunction or error on our part.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 32 GamesPK platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text and game assets — is the intellectual property of 32 GamesPK or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only.

14. Changes to These Terms

If you disagree with any update to these Terms, your remedy is to close your account before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
